How can I get my files over to CP Commercial Printing?
Please email, or call for a request for FTP access. We will create a unique logon to our FTP server with further instructions. FTP access is normally granted in 24 hours or less (weekends excluded).

I just requested a printing quote. How long until I hear something back?
Normal quote turnaround time is 24-48 hours (weekends excluded). For larger projects or projects requiring a proposal, please allow for more time.

I have an idea, but no artwork. Can you help?
You bet we can! Our award winning graphic design department is ready to assist you with your concept from idea to print.

What are your supported files?
We support files in most of the popular current graphic and page layout applications. Supported Layout applications for Macintosh and IBM/PC are Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Macromedia Freehand, QuarkXPress, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, and Corel Draw. Call us to inquire about alternate files.
